Laurie's February Goal
I was reluctant to do this because I hope to be having surgery this month to repair my hernia, but until then.... gotta keep going.
Here are my goals:
walking: 1.5 - 2 miles per day
Leg press: 2 - 3 reps per day
Leg extension: 2 - 3 reps per day
Leg curls: 2 - 3 reps per day
These goals are for a five day week. (no gym on the weekends, they're way too busy)
Feb. 1 - walked 1 mile
did 2 reps of leg exercises
Feb 2 - walked 1.5 miles
did 2 reps of leg exercises
Whew - off to a good start, just got to keep it up!!!
