Wanna be a walker

Thanks, for the challenge. I'm one week post-op and I'm going to start on the treadmill tomorrow morning. I've decided to make my goal attainable for me (I haven't exercised in like forever), so my goal is going to be 1/2 mile a day, six days a week for the month. Which will be 12 miles! Next month I'll add more, but for now I think this will work. Lori

That is a great goal! Just remember to listen to your body. You still need rest. But, walking is a great way to get rid of the nasty gas from surgery! I'm glad you are joining us! Seven
