February Goal !
Hi everyone ,
Seven, posted her challenge to the NY board and I took her up on it , so here I am logging in my walking goal for the month of February !
I will walk 1 mile in 15 min. for 5 days of every week through the month of February.
My total will = 20 miles .
I just started the Medifast program a week ago to lose 10% of my weight before surgery which is 38 lbs. I figure this challenge will help me lose as well as keep me on track !
I will be on the Medifast for 8 weeks total.
Not only will this challenge help with what I mentioned above but also it will help me to be healthier for surgery .
