February Goal
Count me in! I've been trying to get my exercise back on track - I have some issues with my knees so I'll go for time rather than distance.
It's ambitious (for me) but I'm going to go for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, so 2.5 hours a week.
February Goal: 10 hours
(Gee it doesn't sound so hard when you write it out )
