Just finished my 55 minutes this morning and I feel GREAT!! I've been such a slacker since @ November, but not anymore! I have @20 more pounds to reach surgeon's goal and darned if this just might be the ticket for me! (Well, this and spring's coming and this year I can REALLY enjoy it!) Oh and SHOPPING for cute summer clothes...ok, I better quit now and maybe I'll get out there again!!
Oh and I'm shooting for 45 minutes minimum for 28 days! How's that?
