February Goal
I had planned to walk ten mins twice a day, but found I could walk 1/2 mile in just over ten mins, so am going to use that as my guide. My plan now is to walk 1/2 mile twice a day, five days a week, for two weeks. On the third week, I am going to increase it to 3/4 mile twice a day, five days a week, for two weeks.
This will give me a February goal of 25 miles.
