February Goals

I was just thinking I need to send a message out to 'challenge' everyone...I am SOOOO glad you posted this message. I guess that was a sign, I need to set a GOAL and stick to it.
Right now I have cable tv, and they offer what is called ON DEMAND -- and there are a TON of videos including walking. I will also count the walks to and from the bus stop on my way to and from work.
For February my Goal is 30 miles !!! I always have to start out slow and then kick into high gear.
