hey everyone - how great to find this board

i started walking after i lost 50 lbs. walking became easier for me and i started slow at first a block or two, now 90 lbs. later i can't stop walking

i walk for about 30 min. each evening and double on the weekends - i recently started walking on my lunch break - today i walked to rockefeller ctr. to see the tree
