I am new here too and have to make a call to my ins co in the am to see if Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield will cover the VSG then I can move on hopefully to get it asap.

wow so now i know the day my insides will be rearranged... 7/25/11. I am so excited and so terrified! fingers crossed it will be smooth sailing... hopefully i can get the time off work without any trouble and i will heal quickly.

oh i have done my consult and pre-op tests and all of that. i got surgery approval yesterday and i am waiting now for a call back from the nurse in the office to schedule my surgery. i am close to day 0 now and i am nervous and scared all in one.

i actually work over in Seattle. I work at one of the swedish campuses which is actually why i am going through them.
