Clothing Exchange
It's still there - click my account in the upper right corner. That logs you in to your personal account center. Middle column, about 3/4's of the way down should be a link to the clothing exchange. Also from the "Our Members" link in the blue navigation bar - up top - there is a link to the clothing exchange.
