Century Club here I am!

Hooray, at my follow up appointment with Dr. Bock at GHC, I was officially down 102 pounds!! Finally! I've been waiting for this day!! I feel so good, each day brings another small reminder that I can do something new or do it easier than I could before. Not one regret! I haven't posted much lately, but I try to read the posts and you are all an inspiration to me. Thanks, Mari
