Daily Exercise March 8th

Hey all you exercise fanatics! It's time for me to get our daily exercise post started. I haven't done mine yet but I will at lunchtime today. My exercise will be a 2 mile walk at lunchtime. This takes me just about 30 minutes. Not sure how many calories that is but its something! I think I need to start doing some strength training too. Not sure what yet but I will post it when I start doing it. Good luck to you all getting your bodies up and moving! Lori

Hi everyone, I just stepped off of the eliptical. I went for my regular 1.5 miles on half really hard and half a little easier settings. Then I slamed a protein drink, it always makes me feel really good. Thanks again for starting this, I think it is a great idea! Hugs to all, Molly

Whoo yeah, just one more workout for the week ... 45 minutes on the treadmill - 270 calories burned 100 situps 100 reps leg exercises 60 reps arm exercises And lots of stretching!!! One more workout closer to getting in routine ...

Dear Aunt Loralee: Good motivator. I walked 3.4 mi on the Treadmill in 1 hour, and swam 30 laps in another hour. This is so great, since I couldn't even make it to the mailbox without getting out of breath before surgery. Love, Santina
