Fill Dr in Tri-Cities,WA?

Has anyone used Dr. Heap in Tri-Cities,WA for fills? I know he has been trained in lapband but does not perform them, he only does RNY at this point.But he DOES do fills,although his office said he hasn't done many yet. I am just getting lapband surgery next week in Mexico and want to have some options for aftercare/fills. Thanks, Shelley
