How long Does it take to get your letter?

Hello everyone, Well as some of you know i had an appointment with Dr Carter and i was very nervous before hand. I am glade to say that he answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable about the whole thing. He said I was a good applicant for the surgery and that he would send me a letter in the mail saying what all I have to do next and a point of contact to get it all done. Any one know how long it takes to get this letter and what i have to do? Thanks everyone for all the info -Tori
