got my date

I am scheduled to do a lap band on Feb 9th with Dr. Aveces and my husband is tagging along for support. I am new to all of this and I live in Selah Washington. I just wanted to say "hi" to y'all. Did anyone have husband problems while doing the surgery?

Congrats on your date! The time will fly by! You live in a beautiful area of Washington. I believe there is a support group in Yakima that you could check out. I don't have details but I am sure someone on here does. Good luck! Lori

Hi Tricia! Congratulations on your surgery date!! I think you will need a driver after your surgery. I personally am very happy that my husband has taken such an interest in my WLS journey. Before when I would start a diet, he would say "I wonder how long this one will last", he is now very positive about my WLS. Take care and God Bless you. Janice B
