Pam, I loved reading your history. Do you have a surgery date or have you had it yet? I think it is to early in the morning for me and i couldn't figure it out. Just think, when your weight is gone, maybe you will be able to go back to work and what you love to do... I have grandkids who love to crawl in bed with me in the morning and wake me up. well, that was pre op and now I go jump on them and wake them up i think i have more energy than they do!! good luck debbie
