Do U Know Lap Band Surg. who accepts Medicare?

My doctor gave me a list of three recommended surgeons/clinics for weight-loss surgery in my area(Everett). I decided I wanted Lap Band. Only one of the three is doing that type, and he isn't accepting Medicare patients. I have medical insurance through Sterling LIfe Insurance, and they are a "Medicare Advantage Private Fee For Service Plan". They require that the surgeon be a Medicare provider. So I am looking for a surgeon doing lap band surgery in the Puget Sound area who accepts Medicare. If you know of any, I'd like to get their phone numbers or websites. Thanks.
