Anxiety??

Has anyone got anxiety attacks after surgery?? I'm over a year out and just started getting them.Need my head fix now.lol

I had one while I was still in the hospital right after my RNY. I hate that feelings. I don't know that this far out it would be related to your surgery. But, maybe there have been so many changes in your life and some much to adjust to that it is all too much. Maybe writing out your thoughts, even if your the only one that reads them, would be helpful to you. Good luck, Hat
