Exclusions/Denies with Asuris NW Health

Does anyone have Asuris NW Health insurance? I understand they have an exclusion for this type of surgery. Are there any exceptions based on medical neccessity and has anyone dealt with them before? Have consultation scheduled 8/17 which I am going to pay for but need to hear from someone about this insurance. Thank you!
