Has anyone had surgery in mexico?

Hi, Has anyone in Washington had their surgery in Mexico? I was banded on June 28th...which is 6 weeks and 2 days ago. I am SO ready for a fill, but I am having a hard time getting information ..via e-mail that is... on doctors in Washington that are GOOD!! and will do a fill? I'd like to do it under floro. Any information you can give me is much appreciated Thank you!
