Hi, I finally made the first big hurdle

I am under 200 lbs.

As of this morning, the scales indicated that I now weigh 198.5 lbs. There have been numerous small goals that I had set for myself along the way, but this is the first of the really big ones. I'm in the 100's - it's ONEderful! The help and encouragement that one receives from those who are on the same journey is fantastic - I don't think that I could do this without the support (knowingly or not) of those who visit this OH site. Thanks!

Cele...Congratulations, you sound so happy and proud. I am aiming for those feelings also. How long has it been since your surgery? What type did you have? I am 6 days out from a laproscopic RnY bypass...tomorrow is my first follow up appointment. Hope
