I finally get to post a picture that I am not too ashamed of I should have probably put some makeup on, but oh well, we are all just family, and family doesn't care whether I have makeup on or not Take care and have a great day! great job on the loss of all your extra pounds... it was all worth it was it not... I hope I can say I reached my goal weight one day.. seeing you get to your goal will just make me work that much hard to get to mine .. Thank you for posting the pictures Jerry

Hi Jerry, Well, MOST DAYS it was all worth it. LOL I have had a few where I have been miserable and thought, what was I thinking??? It is great to be comfortable and able to move. So, you are right, in the end, it is all worth it
