Okay ... finally, yesterday all my documentation was submitted to my insurance company for approval. My last appointment was with the nutritionist last Friday. Please, please, please keep your fingers crossed that the insurance company approves it! I'm with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia!! Marlize
