My DH works for Microsoft and we just submitted our predetermination letters for both of us for Lap Band. Was wondering what your experience was like in getting approved.

Hi Carrie,
I also work for Microsoft and once the paperwork was submitted, I believe I received the approval for my gastric bypass within a week. The only cost I paid out of pocket was the Support Group fee and I think $15.
