I have some ?????'s

I just accepted a permanent job with the state....... and have Community health plan of washington. I went to the Dr. today and she still wants me to have surgery I was wondering if anyone has been approved with any insurance that is employed by the state???? Or has any suggestions Thanks for ANY help you can offer~
