My first app. with Dr. Simonowitz tomorrow :angst:

I am excited and a bit nervous about the app. tomorrow. I have collected all my papers from my refer. dr. but am nervous as to wheather a psy. eval will need to be done as I have medicare who does not pre approve. I really need this surgery (don't we all who are here!). My diabetes and liver are pretty bad and I am only 28 and a mother! Anyhow, thanks for the support I have recieved and please keep me in your prayers.

Hi Brandi I have Medicare and I didn't need a psych eval.... They don't require one, however, Dr. Simonwitz might. Different Docs have different protocols! Good luck and God Bless on your WLS journey!! XoXo~ Kimanne
