Anyone know anything about DR Billings?

He is in Edmonds, WA. Saw him listed as a "new" WL surgeon in the area, but I haven't heard much. Anyone gone to him? and if so, is he about the same price as the other local DRs? Just curious, Sharon Pre-lapbander
