what surgery is best?

i really dont know alot about the surgeries but theres a couple and i was trying to see wich one do you consider ok and i wanted 2 know about mini switch? help

I had open rny. I wouldn't change a thing!!! The best thing I ever did. I considered lap band for a few years. Doctor and some prior lap band patients talked me out of it. Seems (according to them) that down the road it is much easier for lap band patients to gain weight back. I don't know if this is accurate, but they convinced me and I'm glad they did. You need to do alot of research. Each person will tell you their's is the best (if they had good results). I didn't want to take any chances of gaining back after all this.
