Support Meetings in Vancouver

Hi everyone Has anyone found out about any post support meetings in the Vancouver area? I am interested in finding one. I am 2 weeks post and so far doing great, have lost 14 lbs, it is great to be on the losing side of things. I know that sooner or later (probably sooner) I will need the support of group meetings

Hi Beth, Glad to hear that you are doing good! There has been talk about someone trying to put a support group together in vancouver, but I havent heard of anything yet. I go to one through Kaiser in Portland. There are several of us post-ops that do water aerobics at Marshal pool...mostly on tues and thurs night deep water...the instructor is a post op too. So, if that is something that you are interested in... Good luck on your continued success. Shanna
