Blueberry Tea - YUM!

Ran across a post the other day on the main message board about blueberry tea. So, picked some up at the store Friday. The brand was Bigelow. It is really good with some splenda sweetener and goes down really easily right now since I have a nasty wintertime cold. Yum!

Sounds really really good. I am just starting to experiment a little more now and need all the ideas I can get. Have you found a good support group yet? I attend the WISH Center in Renton, WA and I plan to try and attend the new group starting in Bellevue for any WLS plans. I'm looking for a support group still - plan on going to the Bellevue group at least some of the time when I'm not tired from working. Is the Wish center group open or is it just for Wish Center patients? If you hear of any other groups in this area, please let me know.
