Hi Tiffany I'm as confused as you are. I have Regency Blue Shield/ Blue Cross and it does state that they cover no WLS. So I'll keep watching to see what info you get. Hoping for surgery God Bless Gaynelle

Many insurances including mine, Uniform Medical Plan, have an "exclusion" for weight loss surgery. Call their office and ask if they have a "medical necessity" clause. Many of them do, they just don't advertise it. You have to prove medical necessity and it can be a long process. I'm still trying to convince mine. Check it out.
