Trying to Decide

I need some imput on having weight loss surgery. I'm a 55 year old wife, mother and grandmother who has battled her weight most of my life. I'm 5'4" with a BMI in the high 40's. I need to know where to get information on the different types of surgeries. What hospital and doctor did you use? God Bless Gaynelle
