Anyone else experience the rumbling joy and excitement of extreme intestinal gas during early recovery? I sound like a train on a railroad track, can hear and physically see the reactions in my intestines to the gas, and want some relief!! How do you spell relief!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I am on Stage On Diet , liquids only, and am fresh out of working ideas myself. Karen Thompson

Yes, walking does help. I also found drinking hot drinks helped my rumbley tummy. A few times mine made so much noise I didn't think I'd be able to sleep thru it. Fortunately this too will pass ~Tanja

I used and still use chewable gas tabs like Gas-X or Mylicon- anything with Simethicone in it. It works wonders for me. Good luck to you.
