yippee...

I get my staples out this afternoon....I have never been so excited for something so not exciting.. Last night one of our twins (Evan) wouldn't sleep...so we brought him into our bed and I held him while I tried to sleep....TRIED! He fell asleep, but he kicked the heck outa my incision all night....it's pretty healed up, but man I am sore today...just my incision hurts...nothing else...I thought for sure Evan would save me a trip to Dr. W for my staple removal today- they're all still in tact... I feel so energized today...I went and did my 45 minute walk on the treadmill today- I walk pretty fast...today I got up to 3.5 MPH at a 2.5 incline....I did break a sweat, but it felt so good. I forgot to eat before I went so I just sipped my boost when I got home....I think I waited too long to eat- it hurt my tummy a little. I am off to get ready to go...hope you guys and gals all have a great day! Rachael
