a couple of things

First, I think I found a protein drink I can stand. The Syntrax nector in the fuzzy navel flavor. 2nd, I forgot to tell you guys how red my face got right after surgery, now it's scaly and tan looking and people keep telling me how good my color looks. LOL weird, huh? Thought I'd put that out there in case another post op experiences it and they'll know they're not alone.

Did you find the protein drink locally or did you order it online?

I ordered it online but I think GNC carries it.
