any ideas? Vancouver WA...help?

Hi, Here is the situation. I have to find a job to pay for financing for my surgery sometime in January. I live in vancouver WA. I obviously need a moderate physical activity job as my back and knees tend to hurt after to long. (I weigh approx. 275 lbs) I don't have to sit the whole time however. I hope I could find a job that would let me take approximately 1 month off to heal up. I just don't know if it's possible. I need the job now for the payments I maybe billed post-op during recovery. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. *Just a note...I am not interested in fighting the clear, specific, exclusions in my insurance plan and I have no home equity to finance with.
