Soy Milk was one of the first things I tried after surgery. I doubt I would have tried it, but they had it in the hospital. It was surprisingly tasty. For the first week, used it to mix with my protein powder. So, I haven't really used it for its protein, but with some powder, it is tasty.

Glad to hear your ok!!! I thought about mixing protein powder also (can'nt drink reg milk )

Dan Did you get my e-mail about Carb Countdown milk? I did'nt know you had problems with milk but some people who do can drink this ok. Talk to you later. Gayle
