Support Groups in Seattle/So.King or No. Pierce County???

How about telling everyone about the support groups for WLS in the Seattle area. I need to get actively involved as am pre-op and am looking for a long term successful result. Any input on WLS support groups in the Western Wa area would be appreciated. What groups have you attended and do you have favorites?
