psych evaluation $300 !!

Why do they require an psych evaluation ?? And does anyone know a doctor in the spokane area that charges less than 300 dollars to do one (My insurance may not pay for this if its for weight loss only for mental health. Thanks

Dan, I had to get one too. Don't know why, I haven't heard the voices in my head for years. The woman I saw was named Angelique Tindall at 473-6791 St. Lukes Rehabilitation Institute. She works a lot with Dr. Schrocks patients so she is well versed in the surgery and what the insurance companies are looking for. I had to self pay and I swore it was around $150, but I could be wrong there. She was excelent. Good luck. Calvin
