I am gonna fight!!!!!

I am tired of medicaid deciding who can get what medical help they need. They do not seem to understand what fat people have to go through and I want to make them see. Can anyone give me web sites or even ideas of what I should send them for more info so that I can get a approval for surgery?????? Please help needed immediately. Thanks
