Need information about insurance

Does anyone know the name of any insurance in North eastern Washington (Individual plans) that pay for the surgery? Has anyone gotten approval from Basic health? Not the one provided by Welfare. But the one for low income working class.

I am also curious about this. So far I haven't found any approvals through basic health, even the basic health group health plan. Washington State removes coverage for any weight loss related treatment. I don't know for sure, but that's what I'm reading. I am covered by community health as well, we were thinking of trading from community to group health instead, I'm pretty sure switching plans is not a big deal. Anyway after reading further it looks like it wouldn't matter if I switched plans anyway.
