anyone advise a insurance company in wa i can pay myself??

Long story short here LOL------ I do have insurance Group Health Alliant, but don't think i will even bother to try to ask for wls, think there is a clause plus the 2 docs that do surgery aren't able to do it at this time. any one out there pay for insurance yourself to get wls? trying to look into this route thank you in advance
