I may have a date

I am so happy, After over a year of trying, it looks like a may be on the losing side in June. I went thur trying the insurance company and forget it they won't help. They are not the ones that have to use a walker to get around. So we have been saving and with the help of a little loan from the friendy bank. I am going to Mexico....... My problem is..........I need someone to help me know what kind of food I will be able to have and how much.......I know not much but I want to have some ideas on what I can have and be ready. I do have an appointment with a family dr. here next week, I my understanding is that he has worked with people who have had the surgry before. Thank you for any help you could give me.
