How many surgeries a week is Madigan doing?

For the people who went to Madigan consultation. How many surgeries did they say they were doing a week. Where are we on the list? Was it 220?

They told me the other day that they were currently doing 2 to 4 a week. But, with the pressure to do more, they would be increasing. I don't think they increased yet. And, I don't remember how many more a week they will be doing. Double seems mildly right. And, yes, we are numbers 220 to 230 on the list.

I just had my surgery last Friday at Madigan and they had said they were doing two to four surgeries a week, some off of the list others based on medical need. I do know though, thats a couple of the surgeons just got shipped to Iraq so I don't know how that will change things. As for Madigan itself I couldnt be happier, the nurses and entire staff was wonderful before and after surgery. If you have hard veins to find.. when you get upstairs they will need to draw blood.. ask for Jane she will get you first stick! Goodluck to all of you!
