Need a primary care physician

Can anyone suggest a good primary care physician in the tacoma, lakewood,university place area. I have regence blueshield(basic health). I have multiple co-morbidities and have been without insurance or a physician for a while.

Deborah, I would recomend Dr. Brendan Hutchinson at St. Joseph's Medical Clinic in Tacoma. Not only is HE very familiar with the gastric bypass surgery ... his nurse has had it done herself. Good Luck with your search, Phoenix

Thank you so much Phoenix but that group of doctors are not accepting basic health plans at this time. It seems I am going to have to try to go back to work in order to get better insurance because I hear basic health won't pay for gastric bypass surgery anyway.
