Are there any Duodenal Switch patients?

Hi, My name is Cheryl Cyders and I just wanted to know if there are any Duodenal Switch Patients in the Washington area. I would be willing to start a post-op support group after my surgery if necessary. It seems pretty important to me. Any ideas??? Thanks for any input, Cheryl Cyders

Hi Paulette, I am having the DS with Dr. Rabkin in San Francisco. I'm not sure of that many surgeons in Washington that have a solid history doing this procedure. I believe that you can search for a surgeon on this site and it will list what procedures they currently perform. Hope this helps. Wendi
