exclusions on wls Kaiser...what do i do now??

I don't know what to do at this point. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. I have Kaiser but even if i was to change to other insurer (Aetna) our employer has an agreement of exclusion for any type of wls. What would you do in my situation. Thanks Cheryl of WA

cheryl I live in WA and just had surgery through kaiser in portland. why is there an exclusion in your policy? Is it because your BMI is too low? I got a lawyer and won on appeal.
