What to do when Aetna request more info and You dont have any left?

I just dont know what else to do..my surgeons office faxed AETNA my packet on FEB 2 and then they changed their requirements on FEB 3 so i dont have to go by that..they sent me a letter with a bunch of printed out papers of the AETNA requirments. they needed more info..but never stated what info they are asking for. Im so MAD.. I have fulfilled all what they wanted and even did my 6mo dr supervised diet and have lost 22 lbs..well you cant tell but I weighed in at my pcp every month She really had great chart notes. even went to a dietican consult. which was needed..I have 5 years of morbid obesity. diet history and co-morbs..what more can they ask for??? I have emailed Walter linstrom about taking on my case..i'm not waiting to be denied...I just cant understand what more they could ask for..what happens when you just dont have anymore info that is any different what they have already?? anybody go through this with their INS? or with AETNA PPO??
