Life Insurance

Hello, I am nearing the end of my rope here, there seems to be no way for me to get this surgery. My insurance ABSOLUTELY will not cover this even after an appeal, I do not own a home to refinance, The finance guy kinda got a giggle out of me wanting to borrow 25,000 when I only bring home 27,000 in a year, so now I am asking anyone out there if they know anything about borrowing against your life insurance? I have 150,000 dollar policy that I have had for about 5 years. Any hope? I also have a Union Pension, but with only about 4,000 dollars in it. Any one have any suggestions? Andrea... have you talked to the ObesityLaw.com people? They might be able to help you. Also, you might go to the 'Insurers' page (look in the left hand column of this page) and email others that have dealt with your same insurance company. They might be able to give you some advice.
