Which employers offer health ins that covers WLS?

I am a registered nurse, my present employer's health insurance and my husbands health insurance doesn't cover WLS. Does anyone know of any medical facilities that have insurance plans that cover WLS? I want to stay in the Federal Way area. If I have to change jobs I will to get this done. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there - i just wanted to let you know that I work at St. Francis and their insurance covers wls. I am scheduled to have mine done on 8/19. If you end up working there and getting approved for surgery and pick a surgeon that operates there, than insurance will pay the hospital 100% and the doc will be paid at 90%.
